When approached by a potential client, the Arrow Digital Transformation team assigns a project manager, supported by other experts, who together will follow our tested and internationally certified project development, implementation, and assessment methodology. Our steps have a proven track record of success with over 75 public and private organizations operating in the Middle East and worldwide.
Current State
Assessment
The first step of the Arrow
methodology is to understand where the organization has been and where it
currently rests in step with regional market competitors and international
leaders. We develop a 360-degree assessment of existing assets and artifacts,
asking how the organization is organized, what digital infrastructure is
currently in place, and what resources can immediately be utilized as a part of
a transformation plan.
Roadmap
Development
Arrow then sits down to create a
roadmap that will lead toward digital transformation using the knowledge
developed in the assessment phase. This includes setting realistic and
achievable goals both in the short and long term. At Arrow, we are interested
in helping organizations change the core of their day-to-day business environment
and project flow. The roadmap helps the team and our clients visualize the
current and future desired state.
Strategy and
Methodology
This step involves developing the
technical specifics of any digital transformation. What strategic directions
should the company take to reach its objectives? What elements of the value
chain need to change, and where can current resources help add to that value?
This step also includes developing updates to corporate governance,
methodology, processes, and forms.
E-Service and
Business Intelligence
Working with our partners in software
and hardware, this step works to develop process automation that transforms normal
workflow processes into a seamless electronic system. Employees and management
are introduced to and begin working with applications that provide regular
alerts, notifications, and reporting, integrating these systems into daily
activities. We also use this phase of the Arrow methodology to help
organizations securely make the most of their internal and customer data.
Operation and
Support
Training and capacity development of
the organization’s human capital is the primary focus of this phase, ensuring
that the technical progress achieved during the transformation is translated
into long-term success. Arrow provides direct and remote coaching, mentoring,
and support on technical and business dimensions. This part of the relationship
is governed by a service level agreement (SLA), where the Arrow team works with
our clients to develop a package of services that is both effective and cost-appropriate.
Validation and
Assurance
During and following the completion of
the roadmap and digital transformation, organizations must assess the level to
which they are achieving their targets. As a final element of our business
methodology, Arrow applies several industry-standard evaluation tools to
validate the effectiveness of the digital transformation plan, ensure that the solutions
developed and introduced are working correctly, and suggest updates or further
changes that might need to be made in the future.
