Arrow has PMO That applies PMI Standards to manage the company projects. For each project we assign project manager and account manager to focus on the contract delivery as well as watching out customer relation. Development Focus is on PPTC: People, Process, Technology and Content
Your organization’s future is in safe
hands with Arrow. Our project management group is certified by the US-based
Project Management Institute (PMI), an international professional association
that promotes, researches, and sets the best practices standards in project
management. Following their model, Arrow implements a four-step process that
allows us to work closely with our partners to plan, develop, implement, and
follow up with projects to ensure successful and lasting business
transformation.
Step 1: Project
Initiation
When conducting your initial meetings
with our project managers, we will look to understand the inner workings of
your organization to set goals and create an outline for an overall project
charter. This includes evaluating the role and desires of stakeholders inside
and outside the organization, management, and staff's current capabilities and
competencies, and the organizational makeup and daily workflow capacities.
Step 2: Planning
Once we have developed a complete
picture of where your organization is and the goals that they want to achieve,
Arrow’s team of consultants then gets to work creating a comprehensive strategy
for digital transformation. We develop a roadmap with appropriate milestones, a
timeline, and a schedule that will be followed during execution. This step also
includes an assessment reporting structure that will allow us to gauge
achievements and adapt according to stakeholder requirements.
Step 3: Execution
and Control
The plan established according to the
objectives and roadmap developed in the first two steps is implemented and
deliverables completed, using hardware and software solutions provided by our
international partners. At every point throughout this stage, Arrow produces
regular status reports that review the progress of the timeline achievement and
manage the risks, issues, and changes that appear during the project realization.
Step 4: Hand-Over
The end of the execution timeline marks
a transition, where Arrow begins to hand over the operation manuals, source
code, and training manuals needed for the organization to continue working
under its in-house management team. Several reports are produced and discussed
with the customer, outlining the achievements of the overall project and the
challenges that need to be addressed in the future. If required, a future
service agreement may be concluded with Arrow to provide continued on-site and
remote support.
